How do I book?
We have one of the largest portfolios of villas in the Greek Islands, however only a small selection are available on our live availability. Many of our properties are offered on an request-only basis, so we always recommend getting in touch directly to find the perfect villa for your stay. Simply share your dates, group size and preferred budget, a member of our team will respond within 24 hours with tailored recommendations. Once you have selected your villa we will send a booking agreement for you to review and sign. Payment is then taken to confirm your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, giving you the added protection of credit card purchase cover. Bank transfer is also available for all bookings and our concierge can arrange this on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by property and are detailed in your booking agreement. Please refer to the individual villa listing or contact us directly for clarification before booking.
Can you arrange transfers and car hire?
Yes. A complimentary meet and greet airport transfer is included with every booking, our way of ensuring your holiday starts smoothly from the moment you land.
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes. Our concierge team can arrange everything from private chefs and yacht charters to spa treatments, restaurant reservations and curated local experiences. Are the villas personally inspected?
Every villa in our collection has been personally verified by our team. We only work with properties we trust, so you can book with complete confidence.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Absolutely. Large group bookings are one of our specialities. We offer tailored concierge services designed specifically for groups, from coordinating arrivals to organising private dining and group experiences.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, particularly for peak season. Our most popular villas sell out quickly and availability changes constantly. We always recommend securing your dates the moment you have them confirmed.
Can you help with special occasions?
We would love to. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or any other milestone, we specialise in creating unforgettable experiences for groups and celebrations. From welcome amenities and decorations to private dining and bespoke touches, just let us know what you have in mind. Can you pre-stock groceries?
Yes. Simply share your grocery list and any dietary preferences with our concierge team ahead of your arrival and we will have the kitchen fully stocked and ready.
Can I host events at the villa?
Event policies vary by property. Some welcome celebrations with advance notice, others do not permit them. Please contact us to discuss your plans before booking. Additional fees and insurance requirements may apply.
